the damage is at the back of my head, on the top right side T2

my motor functions are pretty bad, first weeks i wasnt even able to walk 50m
my balance is awful

the back of my neck hurts, the skull wasnt broken, but i dont know why and none else does but when i touch top left side it hurts like it would be broken
