One of the injuries was my elbow, when i received hits and felt down i smashed my elbow to the ground, for the next week my whole hand was hurting, it was blue ashell, when i touched veins it hurted. In next week it was fine, veins didnt hurt, hand either, elbow was red but fine, docs had nothing to add about elbow. Arm feels great now.

I have had a nightmares, i do wake up a lot in nights, im talking while sleeping, breathing very fast, and lately its hard to fall asleep.

I was pretty heavy drinker, i consumed a lot in that night.
