Nobody really can call that one, except your father in law. Did he ever talk to someone about this possibility.?> Does he have advanced directives? I guess you need to find that out. If he answers and talks to you, ask him if he wants a feeding tube. For me, it is a non question, and it was for my folks too. None of us want feeding tubes, and that has been settled legally.
