I wonder though if you are starting to feel less anxious now that you are off it for two weeks. I recorded the halftime show last night. Maybe I will watch it tonight when I have time.
Maybe I should find a copy of the Road Less Traveled.
I am sorry about your friend. I worry about your talking to her to help her and then getting down when you talk to her.

i hadn't thought about the anxiety. i dont know. yesterday i really got stressed out and wound up having a difficult time sleeping. humana walmart drug plan is awful. they had a hard time reaching dr m. so they supposedly sent back two of the prescriptions, one being klonopin and the other prozac.
at first they wouldn't fill the klonopin because they said he needed to fill out something to do with new york state. on saturday he said he spoke with them. now i had to pay fifty nine dollars to fill the clonopin generic prescription at my local drug store. eeks...i won't see dr. m. for another month and then i hope he calls them up and then i have to send in another prescription which would be much cheaper if they fill it. i don't know if they will resolve the conflict between taking both risperdal and prozac. dr.m. already talked to them he said and they did. yesterday they said they had no record of it. I think the cost of my medications will go up over 1000 dollars if this isn't straightened up....clonopin alone will be i think over 700 dollars. risperdal unless i can get it free will be a lot too. maybe the drugs will be over 1500 dollars.
