Default Heterogeneous Lesion?

Hi i'm new here. I'm hoping anyone can share info/experience. My recent MRI of the cervical spinesays "6mm heterogeneous T2 hyperintense lesion in the C2 vertebral body at the base of the dens with a trabeculated appearance. The lesion is hypointense on the T1weighted images"
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I started experiencing extreme pain in my neck above my shoulder blades and have numb/tingling/burning fingers. It came on quickly and pain/other syptoms like weakness in arms and body aches and stiffness are increasing quicky...every day more and more very quickly. Please some one share some info
