Slow down is right. You can't fight the brain or the body. If you are feeling tired, sleep. If you are feeling dizzy, rest. If you can't string together a sentence, don't talk. Just relax as best as you can. I have been having bad days lately--and I have not been overstimulating my brain. I am sleeping most of the days. I don't know if it's helping, but there is nothing else to do. Trying to "push through" symptoms only causes more frustration. I do a little reading on paper here and there, and minimize my time on the computer. I take a walk or two. And I wait.
