Generally speaking, if your symptoms do not worsen, you can relax a bit. But in these first few months, your brain's spatial awareness has decreased. This means being especially cautious about when and how you move. Move very slowly and deliberately. Eventually this will improve, but it will take time. Think about what is around you before you move (cabinets, doors, etc.)
If you notice your symptoms worsen, go to the hospital, otherwise forget it and get some rest.
