Pdoc added Lithium to my list of meds and changed my anxitey meds to Valium.
So far... it seems to be working... just sent me a little to the manicy side. Nothing major.... I don't think. 
I'm hoping to get back in the swim spa next week or the week after.... depends on when my right leg and hip will ease up enought to let me walk more than a few step even with my crutches. I LOVE the warm water!!!!
