Many of us on PN find the magnesium lotion extremely useful.
There are some MSers here using it now for muscle cramps.
The lotion really helps with nerve pain. The pain from my surgical scar on my instep goes away in 5 minutes!
If you don't have targeted areas of pain you probably just cannot feel anything. (nothing changes). But I do believe the magnesium is absorbed.
