Angry oh, crap!
I have been thinking this from the beginning!

Soups, stews, gravy products even some Salmon products (Chicken of the Sea salmon cups for lunches).

They put wheat gluten or flour in just about everything these days!

This could turn into a mass panic! One can't even be sure basic baking flour is untainted anymore!

I found wheat gluten listed in cat tuna even!

Could this be a "terrorist act"? Poisoning our food?
