Hi Karilann,
Very bright lights do the same thing to me. I don't know if it's MS related.
This has been ongoing for a long while- grocery stores and such. Recently, we had an energy audit and they replaced the conventional bulbs in the LR ceiling (6) with whatever they call the squiggly ones. Even dimmed they bother me. There is not a setting between off and all the way on that is OK w me. Not enough light or hurting my eyes- those are the choices. It has gotten to where we enjoy the skylights during the day and have no light or just a small task light in the evening.
Let me know if you find out more and I'll do the same.
