If a supplement makes you feel odd, worse, or uncomfortable,
then you should really not take it. That may be a sign that
you don't need it or some other important reason.
CoQ-10 is not really absorbed efficiently. Some of the newer aqueous forms may be, but they cost quite a bit of money, and most people don't use them.
