I've never used one of those, but I do/did have RSI injuries.
So I know the importance of having a whole ergo desk area for use.
Is the rest of your desk or computer use set up a sergonomic as possible?
And good body posture/mechanics when at the puter?
Looking down or tilting head constantly with shoulders hunched or forward is also a way to set up tension in the neck area that can affect the arm & wrist muscles.
