Since you can't get a hold of the attorney's office, I would call the court that your case was heard in, and tell THEM that you haven't yet received the weekly amounts. The defendant is in CONTEMPT OF COURT if it was ordered by the court that they pay this amount -- and the COURT will go after them!!! Tell the Court that your attorney will NOT return your calls -- even when you leave messages!!! (that should put a bug in his ear!!!)
