For that lower leg discomfort I'd try behind the knee.
Horizontally, 1/2 patch just above the bend. Hold you hand there
for a while so it will stick well. It will feel cold at first. It is a
rather creepy feeling. Some people have trouble with them sticking, so a little tape on the edges helps. The less motion the better too. The nerves go back thru the knee on the way down to the foot.

If that does not work, let me know and we'll figure another spot.

Lidoderms don't work instantly. It may take 2 or 3 days. But some response is possible in and 1 or 2.
