Let me give you some advice that is coming from my personal experience with alcohol.
I started drinking a month after my injury. At that time, I was only suffering from very minimal symptoms...much like the ones you described. Occasional dizziness and mild headaches. I started drinking pretty heavily...2 months later, I woke up and the world came crashing down on me. You see all those symptoms in my signature? I'm not 100% certain when I say this, but I do very much believe the alcohol played an important part in why my recovery took a turn for the worse. There is somebody else on this forum that had a similar experience with alcohol and his recovery.
I would stay away from alcohol. At least for now.
It sounds like you have more anxiety than depression. Anxiety is constant worry about something...it sounds like your worrying about there being something wrong with your neck. I'm not really sure what a tomography is, so I can't comment on that...but if you want peace of mind I would seek a chiropractor and gets some x-rays done. They will be able to tell you if there is something wrong with your neck. In the mean time, try not to worry too much about it. There is nothing you can do about it right now. Save up some money, go see a chiropractor, get peace of mind.
Good luck.

What happened: I was randomly assaulted from behind in June of 2011. I was knocked unconscious for an unknown amount of time (less than 30 minutes) and have no memory of the event. CT scan showed contusion and hematoma of the left frontal lobe. I spent 3 days in the hospital. Diagnosed with Post-Concussion Syndrome in September 2011. Currently have Medicaid, Medicare and SSI.
Current symptoms: Brain fog, mild memory issues, problems with spontaneity, occasional spacing out, word finding difficulties, tinnitus in right ear and some other things that I can't explain.
Life after the brain injury: 4 years after the injury, I'm engaged to my beautiful girlfriend of 5 years, I'm the CEO of my own business, Notorious Labs, I've taught myself how to program complex games and apps which is a feat I never thought I'd accomplish and now live a semi-normal life with very mild PCS symptoms.
Slowly but surely regaining my life back.
