Just a suggestion. I don't usually recommend any over the counter products. When I get a cold, or am stopped up so I can't sleep I use Afrin. This is a good product, but you can get hooked on it so bewhere of that property. It will reduce the swelling in your sinus cavities during your cold for 12 hours or more. this has also worked for me during a sinus infection. I have algeries as well.
