Default Hi Ziggo

I am sorry you are depressed. It is good that you found Neuro Talk. I do think Mark is right, that you should not drink at all while you are in recovery, and trying to heal. That is defeating your purpose. I know you are young. I am not, and I have had my share of drinking in my youth. It is not worth the risk to your health to do it. I hope you have a good PT. I am not familiar of course with how your country works its medical programs. If you have a family doctor who could refer you to a specialist, maybe you could get more help. Even in our country, I had to pay for all my medical problems before I was declared disabled. It broke the bank. I hope you can get more help. Do your self a favor, and think of your life as a whole. Don't have a set back and use your youth as an excuse for drinking while you have an injury. Your brain needs to heal. Depression comes along with being injured. No matter what condition you have, that can happen. I hope you have some friend that will support you, and a family who cares. I will be here anytime you need to talk. Depression can get better, and that will happen quicker when you begin to heal your body. Please be good to yourself today. I do wish you all the best Ziggo. ginnie
