I too have heard the bipass, has B12 issues. I do think maybe you should see a neruologist, for the unusual feelings you have in your face. I think that is most likely what I would do. Your PCP may be able to direct you to the best source of help. If he reccomends that I sure would do it. How are your nutritional needs met these days? Are you taking any extra supplements? If you can keep a journal of all your symptoms, when they occur etc. that way if you do for for additonal medical help, you will it in writing what is happening to you.
