Default Recalculation due to error?

I was awarded SSD in NOV 2011. Back dated to July 2010. After they withheld their 5 months they owed me from Nov 2010 through Nov 2011 for backpay (which they paid). It was calculated wrong. I am collecting Worker's Comp. also. They (SSA) had me collecting 100% from WC for the entire time of back pay and even currently, so my monthly SSD amount is off by about 400-500 dollars. I have called 3 times and yea, they are working on it! My attorney has sent letters.....bla bla bla. Well yesterday I called and my "stuff" is at the"processing center" department as of Feb. 1st. and it takes about 30 days from the day they receive it? (lady checked and there is no back log at the processing center) Now they owe me the difference from what they actually gave me and what I should have been getting from Nov 2010 to current. What are the odds that they will make another mistake? Has anyone had this happen where they have made multiple mistakes? I am afraid it will just get to complicated and hard to keep track of!!!
