Fresh spinach is high in potassium, and this site has a list of potassium rich foods.

I have HypoKalemic Periodic Paralysis so the depletion of potassium makes it so that I can't use the steroids. I had a different page that listed more potassium rich foods but when a virus wiped out my computer I lost the link. This one has a pretty good list.

If you use fresh spinach in a smoothie with pineapple and strawberry with a little honey to sweeten it's great!
