@insomnia issues - I've always had sleeping problems and my mum always put the canon pachelbel on and now with my insomnia troubles/anxiety that is what i listen to. no matter how i am feeling, that music just calms me right down and helps me to either calm down, relax, or concentrate. I would suggest using something that calmed/relaxed you once as a child. Just those memories alone i find help me sleep. Just remembering the times that were simple helps.

@thermal regulation - That's interesting someone else has mentioned it. since my most previous concussions i have been either freezing in bed or boiling. I cant seem to ever be at a comfortable temperature to be able to sleep. I am however also finding im having troubles with thermal regulation during the day. i never thought to think of it as a medication side effect, just that my body is more concentrated on healing my brain and therefore just everything else is just off.
