The computer should have Outlook Express installed with Windows.
Is that the one you are trying to set up?

Or Microsoft Outlook (the bigger version with more bells and whistles)?
& not free


I haven't used or set up Outlook Express in a long time so maybe they made it simpler, I don't know.

Thunderbird really should work just fine and I can promise it is easy to set up.


[I have to get Outlook. there's a link on their web site for contact and it opens Outlook. I tried to paste the email address and just email them but got rejected as spam.]

Why you need to contact Outlook ?
Do you have a paid for version and need to re download it?
