I know posture is key but straightening up is taxing for the muscles. Strange thing is that my posture doesn't look too bad yet if I pull my neck in towards my body or pull my shoulders back slightly its SSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOO damn achy!
Anyway try to relax and keep your chin up, ( or perhaps not, as it may make your neck spasm).
