The CoQ-10 may help. You may want to take the new
Q-gel form. That way you won't need the higher doses.

Consider the ribose too.
It is on the acupuncture thread on the first page here.
It really gives me more stamina and less muscle pain.
I have alot of muscle aches and pains in the winter.
