Do you eat sugar free mints with xylitol, or gum? Check your toothpaste too. Make sure you rinse well after you brush your teeth.
Hubby started having diarrhea from sugarless gum. We think it is the Xylitol.

Maybe it's the xylitol. I don't chew gum and use Ice Breakers sugar free mints...it doesn't have xylitol. I just checked my toothpaste (Colgate Sensitive Enamel Protect)...no xylitol. Hmmm....I'll try the Puritans and see if that helps. Thanks, Mrs. D!!!!! I'll let you know how it works out.
