Welcome to Neurotalk:
First you go to the main index page:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/index.php
Scroll around until you find a forum you would like to post at
that fits your concerns, and click on it.
When you get to that first page there will be a NEW THREAD
button at the top left of the list. Click that and a box will come
up and you can make your own question, etc.
On this thread the NEW THREAD button does not show.
Only REPLY shows, because this is a thread with a topic and others are responding. You can only make a NEW THREAD from the first page of each forum category in the index list.
