Default Thank you

Thanks for the advice , I was granted my benefits finally,I applied back in June of 09.the judge was very nice and after he saw my drs reports over the last 4 years and also my physical appearance, actually appolagized to me for being turned down twice befor.nice too know I get all my back pay from June 09 til present.it looks like I'have a good chance of getting my wc benefits too.new jersey gives u up to 80% of your monthly salary or up too 3200.$ a month.my plan now is too get my ketttamine treatments and start a new career in golf orsomething, hope all is well with you.thanks for your input agree with this. Having a firm diagnosis certainly is helpful as the Social Security Administration docs are becoming more and more familiar with it, but granting you disability status is more complex than that. There is your age, your "functional limitations", etc.

Best advice I can give is to get your primary CRPS doctor to write a letter outlining your "functional and occupational limitations". That can make all of the difference. Submit that letter to Social Security.

With that letter, all of my extensive medical records and solid legal representation, I was awarded benefits on my initial application.

Here is a link to a forum that specializes in Social Security Disability. Check it out and good luck on your next hearing...
