Question the fallacy of "no detectable gluten" in Teeccino coffe substitute?

Hi All,

A substitute for coffee, is Teeccino. It contains barley. Their website says this (here's a link:
http://www.teeccino.com/FAQs.aspx#gluten )

"Does Teeccino contain any gluten?"

"Although Teeccino contains barley, an independent laboratory at the University of Nebraska that specializes in gluten testing found no detectable levels of gluten in Teeccino. Althought gluten is present in barley, it most likely does not extract out of the barley using conventional coffee brewing techniques. Gluten is not extracted by boiling water although it can be extracted using ethanol alcohol, which of course is not present in Teeccino.
Click Here [see link below] to see Gluten testing results. (Results will open in new window)"

In this link, it says that the gluten testing equipment can't detect less than 10 ppm (parts per million) of gluten. So, if there were 9 ppm of gluten, the test results would say, "no detectable gluten"!!

My gut instinct is that gluten sensitive people should avoid this product. What do you all think?
