You know.... I have to laugh. But sitting on the floor with them, does work. I've done it before. But I hesitated to suggest it here because perhaps you can't physically manage that.
I know for myself, it is the getting back UP that can be hard when one gets to be our age. We are a bit older than you, so we don't get down on the floor unless someone can help us up!
