Bless your heart. I've always struggled with my weight. That is, except for a couple of years, when I lost weight for no apparent reason and I was GLAD. I felt great, but ended up losing TOO much weight and then found out I had breast cancer! Good grief. LOL That was 4-5 years ago, and I'm find now. Nuts -- back to struggling with my stupid weight again.

You know, I've finally figured out that I don't have to impress anyone. And I learned to love MYSELF for who I WAS -- not how I looked! It took me years and years to do it, but I finally did. LOL This country beats it into women's heads that we're supposed to look like all those gorgeous women on TV and in the ads -- but who in the world REALLY looks like that? Those photos are re-touched BIG TIME. And all the women I see at the grocery stores and at the malls sure don't look like those women I see on TV! LOL

So go easy on yourself, ok? You and I are JUST AS GOOD and anyone else! We may even have one-up on them cause we may be more compassionate since we know what it's like to get hurt! God bless & please take care. Hugs, Lee
