Default Hi leesa

I am sorry you had to go through cancer. I know unexplained weight loss can happen with that. I hope your cure is permanent! As far as weight loss goes, I am for sure not perfect either, at 60 I am lumpy and bumpy and I dont' care. I do care that I can wear womens clothes again! I was in a mans pant 38! I now shop good wills, and look normal. I think that has been the best part. I also no longer feel guilty about an occassional meal out, or hamburgers last night on the grill. I never did get a scale and count calories, just watch portion, ate oatmeal, drank water, fruit. Very small changes can work wonders. I don't think anyone should do it, if they are comfortable in their own skin, I wasn't, and very much in pain with my ankles. Pain motivated me too! I just made small changes and changed habbits, thats it. take care, ginnie
