Default Seeing white sparkles?

My 6 year old has had a lot of unusual issues. After a lot of hoopla, a new neurologist put her on anticonvulsants because of suspected focal seizures. Since started her medicine, almost all of her episodes have stopped. But she is still seeing white "sparkles".

She hasn't had a painful headache. The assumption(I think!) with these sparkles was that she was having ocular migraines, according to all the Drs we have seen thus far.

In the past, she has reported seeing this sparkles at any time, though it did happen mostly at night. But since starting the anticonvulsants, the two times she saw them, she was trying to fall asleep.

Is it possible to only get migraines like this right before bed?

Thank you!
