Lurking force has a good idea too. It doesn't seem there is any time left over in your own life to take care of yourself. In any life their has to be some balance, especially if you have PD, or other medical issues. If you don't take some time for yourself, the medical conditions can and do get worse. Set aside some time during your week, that you can relax. Read, listen to music, something that is beneficial for you. If a body is in non stop action, you are always in the fight to flight response mode, that lowers your resistance to infection etc. I did not know this either when my kids were young. I was traveling all over the country and trying to raise kids with an autoimmune problem. This led to more medical issues. Find a balance. No amount of money in the world is worth your health and life. I know what a teachers life is, I have teachers in my family. I taught Art in the schools. I know the stress of making a living supporting two kids on my own. It cost me more in my health conditions. I know there are no easy answers when you have to provide a living. I would do what ever I had to do to cut the stress looking back on things. I worked until my body would go no further. Find that way to balance, where you have that time to be good to yourself. I am here for you anytime you want to talk. ginnie
