Just wanted to post a quick update and to thank those who post and provide guidance in forums like these.

This is ending my 13th week of PCS and I have made some significant progress with some setbacks along the way. Went with the shotgun effect of treatments so I can't say which helped the recovery or if it was simply taking it's natural course. I am still not completely over it but am mostly functional and life is slowly returning to normal, albeit slower than I expected.

**Please consult with your physician in regards to any treatments or supplements, this was simply the regimen I followed**

1. Chiropractor - May of been a neck injury or a combination. When I was able to distinguish pain and symptoms more clearly they always came about with my neck. I am still receiving treatments and my neck continues to bother me. I noticed when there is discomfort I start to get headaches and get some mild cracking in the upper neck. Hopefully good posture and chiropractic treatments will resolve this over time with strength exercises.

2. Vision therapy. I was prescribed 21 sessions 3 times a week of syntonic photo light therapy by my behavioral optometrist.

3. Accupuncture twice a week

4. Massage therapy in the earlier phases

5. A strict regimen of diet and supplements, most of them have already been listed here. (fish oil/omega 3, magnesium, vitamin b complex, creatine, coconut oil). Lots of WATER!!! and little to no sugared or alcohol beverages.

I have been signed off to try working starting next week from home (I am fortunate that this is an option for a period of time). I still have sensitivities to fluroscent lights and video games that seem to be lingering a bit longer. I actually replaced all the energy efficient light bulbs in the house with the old school incadescent bulbs which made a big difference.

So I will be easing back and working from home and not to my full set of duties for a while still. A bit more limited than I would like but being cautious as was wisely suggested in this forum.

Thanks.
