I'm going to start with modest doses. For example, the Jarrow L-Carnosine that I picked that I yesterday is a 500 mg pill, but I will take it every other day. The Creatine Monohydrate recommends 6 g per day on the label, but I will halve that. And I am cutting the d-ribose down to below 5 g per day.
BTW, I do drink a lot of water and, I guess because I take 300+ mg of magnesium every day, I urinate quite regularly. My BMs are regular, too,as long as I stay on the mag.
