Im eight months in as well. I went hiking up a pretty steep incline. I couldnt leave cause I didnt drive. Needless to say its been three weeks of hell for me. I got pist and started thinking ill never get better. Even my neuro says he concerned. This spiralled me down into a pity party, depression, stress,and major anxiety. Last night after having some funky dreams I decided I dont wear pity well. So again I have to pick myself up. Light walking only and try again. I dont have the answers but maybe knowing we understand will help. Good luck!!
