Do you see a pattern?
Sounds like everyone needs to ease their activity a bit and counter it with rest right after it. I've been surviving and to the point of thriving by giving myself plenty of rest in between activities. And I don't spend too much time on the activity or I crash as well.
Slow and steady, give yourself enough time to do things and don't rush it. Even when moving and driving and running errands, give yourself plenty of time to rest. Take that extra minute to pause, breathe and relax. Not enough people do it in "normal" life.
