Right now I'm trying the sublingual B Vitamins in addition to the Ibuprofen. It will be interesting to see how I feel by the date my doctors appt rolls around.

Duke University hospital is not all the far from here. I may end up being referred there. If I insist hard enough. Do I have to have a referral from my primary or the neurologist? I'll have to find out.
