I agree about the questionable value of not seeing a doctor. The only value to seeing a doctor is to get the concussion in your medical record. This can benefit you in the long term if your symptoms persist. Doctors can be doubtful if you have symptoms/complaints and there is no prior report of concussion in the medical record.
What have you been doing to take care of yourself and your concussion symptoms?

I've been resting as much as I can, but can't avoid work completely. I work mostly from home - so I've been avoiding client visits and direct conversation.
I can communicate via email, but any sort of compex conversation is a real challenge.
