I'm very sorry to hear that. As we all know, toughing it out can make things worse. Obviously the people telling you that have never had a head injury.

I still get dizzy too. The accident that I was in was about twenty months ago. It comes and goes and is no where near as bad as it was within the first six months after the injury. I was experiencing vertigo (which I'd never experienced before; it's truly awful.)

I usually get dizzy now when I try to move too fast, or when I am trying to do things that require a little physical strength and stamina. I try to ignore it. And maybe slow down a little bit...
