I hope your appointment goes well tomorrow!! I also had to find out my diagnosis through several different doctors, vascular surgeon, sports medicine physician, PT, athletic trainer, and on and on.. Funny enough, my GP denied that I had TOS and tried to refer me to a psychologist because he thought it was "all in my head."
