Keep this experience in mind as you progress. It is possible to relearn physical movement and contact. I have had to do it. I can't control all environments but I have reduced my risk substantially.

The little ones will still be a risk but they can learn to help out.

Keep in mind that your brain's sensitivity will likely last regardless of your other recovery.
