Hi Scott! I was also hurt at work (blunt trauma to the head) and have been suffering with PCS since October of last year.

The Headaches and fatigue are the worst for me but, the other symptoms are still here. The meds have changed a few times and I just had the diagnostic Injections to see what nerves might be causing the Migranes. The injections were in my face.... around my eyes, forhead and temples....OUCH!

I have a combo of pressure(tension) and Migraines that seem to be very difficult to treat.

I have found that I have to break tasks down to 10 or 15 minute segments or I am easly overwelmed and fatigued. My focus/concentration is very low and it's difficult to stay on task for any length of time, so I can relate to what you are going through.

I don't post a lot, but I have learned a great deal from this forum and I'm sure you will too. Take Care.

Head Injury 10/2011. Diagnosed with contusion/concussion....Now PCS with Tension/Migraine combo headaches.

Symptoms: focus/concentration issues, short term memory issues, nausia, dizziness, sleep problems, noise/light sensitivities, extreme fatigue, irritability, vision problems, slow processing, tingling in extremeties and a few more I can't remember.
