I, too, am in the midst of a setback. I went to a hockey game on Friday (ironic, I know) and did well, thanks to earplugs. I would just sit back and close my eyes if I started to feel overwhelmed. It's spring break here, and it was a college game, so it wasn't very crowded. I was encouraged--I did well. Went to bed early, slept late. Felt good!
I took it easy all weekend. Still felt good. Then yestderday (Tues), I took a leisurely walk--four blocks one way. Felt just terrible last night, so I went to bed very early. Woke up today with a worse headache, feel dizzy, have that heavy-limbed fatigue, and feel nauseated. Gah!
So, I'm going home to nap for a few hours. I know if I don't, this setback will last. Hopefully, I come out of it quickly.
