There is therapy for pain relief , low level laser, ultra sound, massage TENS or other electrical stimulation.
NO vigorous stretching & NO strengthening until pain is very very low. IMO
Did they give you any gentle ROM movements to do?
I would contact the surgeon and make sure he knows how things are going, maybe even make appt so he can check things..
might be best to make a list of the symptoms starting with the worst ones, it is so easy to get flustered when seeing the doctor and forget to mention something.
I don't know what to say about the pressures and bending - that would be a good one for the doc to answer.
But maybe some of the others that had surgery will be able to chime in on it.

Over here, with my surgeon at least he doesn't use physio as a general rule, he just said to use the arm. ROM movements?
The side he did 7months ago now is causing me so many problems
It is all so disheartening.
Will have a long list for him when I see him in 11 days. I always go blank, so writing a list is a good idea. I feel so lost with all this. I saw my GP today and as suspected he really didn't have much of a clue... He thought maybe sinusitis, but I'm not going with that(he didn't really think so either, but think he felt a bit useless!)
Thanks
