IF one of the docs will rx an evaluation by an expert PT, I think that might be helpful.
There could some other issues that can be addressed.

But advanced /expert PT is really best, rookies or medocre PT will probably use a one size fits all approach. That doesn't work for most of us w/ TOS.

Sometimes PT is needed for best outcomes, but poor PT can mess you up worse.
