Once you know all the difinations, it will help you to understand your MRI. The synovial cyst, if it is indeed anywhere near the canal, you would be feeling that pain. Others here will help you with more of the interpretation. Please do get a second opinion before you submit to another surgery. The more surgery you have to do, there is more risk.
