my dr once told me that polysporin was better than neosporin but i can't remember why.
i'm glad your paste is working. i've used plain ol desitin which helps but i'm glad to read the other suggestions as i'm having a groin problem.
make sure it's not yeast. you'd have to get an Rx for nystatin for that.
i use the hair dryer trick too and it works for me.
