There is no reason you can not take Tylenol and amitriptyline at the same time. They do not work on the same systems
btw, spelling amitriptyline is quite an effort. Does your spell check underline it? Mine does and makes a strange suggestion for the proper spelling. Tell you later. Don't want to ruin the fun of spell check.
